Wall Panels

Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) Wall Panels are revolutionizing the wood framed industry by bringing CFS to the low and mid-rise multi-family market. We use advanced, end to end steel frame design and manufacturing to provide a structural option that is faster and cost competitive with wood.

Floor Trusses

Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) Floor Trusses contribute to larger floor areas and taller buildings because of the material’s light weight, which puts less stress on the overall structure and its foundation.

Roof Trusses

Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) Roof Trusses are made from high-quality sheet steel that is fashioned into different shapes by roll forming long strips of sheet metal. We can provide Long Span Roof Trusses that extend up to 60 feet without the need for supporting columns.

Custom Assemblies

Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) Custom Assemblies allow for special condition that require a component that is delivered to the site pre-assembled and install intact allowing for shortened construction schedules.

Design & Engineering

CFS construction is a design-led process, meaning that the need for skill to construct the building is more in the design stage rather than on-site.

At Frametek we utilize sophisticated design and engineering software that is incredibly accurate, reducing the need for engineer involvement during the detail design, speeding up compliance, reducing engineering cost and minimizing room for error on-site.

Manufacturing & Panelization

CFS frames and components are produced and fabricated from structural quality steel coils and are shaped by roll-forming machines.

The tooling at Frametek allows high productivity and versatile output to produce roof trusses, wall frames, and floor joists — all to exact measurements, saving time and costly wastage in the construction stage. Detailed design speeds up compliance, reduces engineering cost and minimizes room for error on-site.

Assembly & Construction

Panels are delivered with clearly identifiable numbering. No on-site welding or cutting is required. This means that the erection process is fast and simple.

CFS construction can offer a much more predictable construction schedule and less on-site cost than traditional construction methods. Panels are made to precise dimensions meaning windows and doors fit perfectly minimizing error on-site.

USA Frametek has produced it's first Hybrid Project building combining our long-span truss and panelized wall technologies.

USA Frametek completed the truss package for three First Citizens Bank projects designed by Adler Architecture in Cedar Park, Round Rock and Norman.
