Matthew has more than 10 years of experience in the light gauge steel framing industry, specializing in truss assembly and installation. His hands-on experience in both manufacturing and field operations has provided him with a strong understanding of the processes required to deliver quality products and keep projects moving efficiently from production to installation.
For the past decade, Matthew has served as a shop manager, overseeing production operations, shipping logistics, scheduling, and team management. With a focus on organization, accountability, and meeting deadlines, he plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
